GOLF CLUB NEWS  - September 2009  
Congratulations to Rick Loomis and Bernie Plisko for their Holes in One on Hole # 9 in August.
Thank you again, to all our volunteers for all you have done this month and all summer.

   Our next meeting will be September 9th at 6:00 PM in the Golf Clubhouse. Election of Officers will take place at this meeting. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.  We will be posting the minutes of our monthly meetings and expanded news in the Clubhouse and on our website (see below).   

   Couples Scramble – August 22nd    This event was attended by 42 golfers.  First place winners were the team of Denise and Jim Townsend, Marilyn Clark and Gary Schmucker.  Second place went to Jerry and Nancy Knapp & Kenn and Garnet Subak.  Third place was won by the team of Bernie and Barb Plisko & June and Gary Baxter.  Thanks to all who played and supported this Golf Club event. We also want to thank those businesses and individuals who donated prizes as well as Ethel Morrison and Karen Polony who contacted and picked up the prizes from the businesses.

There is a possibility of another scramble in September. As of this date plans have not been finalized. Watch for signup sheets!
